A tiring but fun day

Running errands here and there, organizing papers for travel and such.. Today was just another day in my life..

My outfit for the day

I went to DFA (old bldg. in Harisson) to get some papers and all I can say about their service is that they're pretty good! Very fast processing and organized. Though the facilities/buildings are old, I don't have any complaints w/ their job..
Unlike before, it'll take you half a day (or more than half a day) to finish what you came for, then wait for weeks for results!! But now, totally different! Very easy and fast, I went there yesterday to submit some requirements then I came back today to receive the documents~ ah!! How professional. GOOD JOB!

And because of that, I was able to visit some shops near there, where else but CARTIMAR! I bought a Queen shirt (P350.00) then roamed around their Pet shop area, which is BIG. I had fun taking photos of pups~ Me and Bry spotted a vintage VW bus, we fell in love w/ it even though it doesn't work anymore

We decided to take some photos w/ it hehe which is the high light of our day.. Too fascinated I guess lol.

Then we decided to head home,but before that we went to ATC and guess who I bumped in!!! Yay!

Hello Janine, you and your friends are all very kind and lovely!! Argh! I badly want to spend more time to talk but me and Bry are in no shape anymore! haha! There will always be a next time hehe~ Milk tea sessions!

I cut my hair! and Ramen

I cut my hair last week! Somehow I always forget to mention it here, but I've uploaded a pic on my FB and twitter page. Nothing fancy, just the ordinary sideburns I usually spot on jap girls. I think it makes them look more youthful.. Which I'm trying to achieve, cause I'm getting old but my mind and maturity about responsibilities remains the same like when I was 17 years old, or at least that's what people here tell me

Thank you for those people who shared what phone they use and recommend, the reason behind it is that my corby 2 accidentally destroyed by one of our housemates~ So I'm still contemplating what phone to get..! Your answers really helped me a lot! Thank you!

Moving on, today I went to Fukuya because I'm craving for some ramen! I don't appreciate ramen before, I find noodles very boring, so I didn't even bother to know what a ramen tastes like until I watched this old movie Tampopo (Dandelion). It's a food movie, and thanks to my obsession for Ken Watanabe for my discovery of it.

I love Fukuya because their food is cheap and delicious,the ambiance is also very relaxing and there are not too many people dining at the same time, I can eat comfortably and talk to very accommodating and funny staffs, also it's not too far from where I stay. Their ramen might not be the fanciest but damn, every time I leave that place my belly's just big!!

This reminded me of a friend of mine who likes ramen too, Jessie!

Haaaa~ Just making a dedicated post about my new found favorite bag Been unconsciously collecting LTS stuff lately, usually they are so pricey, but not this one(I vow to mighty thrift shops !) Bought for P100, more or less $2!!and everything I always bring fits perfectly inside + cute compartments to keep my things organized. Totally using this everyday~lol It's bit dirty and there are irremovable marks here and there but nothing to complain about! All in all it's in good condition~

I'm slowly making changes on my blog again, notice my new watermark? I patterned it to a fave poupee girl user I've been stalking for 2 yrs haha. What can you say? You think it's okay?
Also, I can't believe December is just right around the corner!
Advance merry Christmas everybody! I wish we could do an exchange gift or something lol a tagging post maybe?

Hello~~ it's been a long long time since I posted my last coordinate inspirations here, but anyway, I've come up w/ another one to show some transitions with coordinates that captures my interest lately. I mean, compare to inspirations back when I was really into gal style.

As usual I have Kera picks! But I added ChokiChoki magazine as well because I love how the majority content are street snaps!

Simple, casual and very wearable! That is what I like w/ these coordinates,also they strongly deliver a certain vibe in them~

Screams hardcore harajuku to me!Well what do you expect ;) Girls and boys featured in Kera do have strong will and talent! I love how relaxed some coordinates are but still very challenging to wear! Notice they complete the look w/ unique hair color and hair styles :D

While many people are already tired of the detachable collar trend, I think I'm still starting to like them even more~ esp when I saw this snap from ridsnap.com couple of days ago.
and this tutorial I found on Zipper mag w/ Amo

I love how simple Tshirts looked different when you wear it w/ a collar. Heck, this is even a cheat for Colleges that requires collar-dress codes.
I wanted to recreate the collar she's wearing! So yesterday, me and bry went to a resale shop, I took the chance to look for something somewhat similar and here's what I found

and after cutting the collar out, here's the result

unfortunately I just made this a while ago so I don't have pics of myself wearing it. I still have to add a lock or whatever so I can close it, a ribbon maybe? or a pin? a silk tie would also be cute or a cameo.

here is also what I'm working on, it was originally a denim jacket, then I cut off the sleeves, added pins and then glued some skeleton hands that I painted myself.. Looks a bit out of place if you look at it but I wore them yesterday and they looked so good!~
Still planning to add some studs and write "Queen" on the back but I still have to figure out how. Haha.

Love Diva mini loot

The other day I was doing my usual rounds in Alabang Town Center when a new store caught my eye~ having been gone for a week I was surprised! The store is called Love Diva. Wow, glam. ANd according to the very pretty and accommodating staff, Love Diva here in ATC is the first store branch in Philippines *_* wow talk about exclusive.
I think it's only fair, though. Bubble Tea is in Megamall, Yhansy is in Shang..etc.. it's about time that we,shop-a-holics from the south, have something unique that people all over Manila would try to travel and visit.. *buahaha*
Very kind staff also told me that this is a sister brand of Accessorize (one of my fave accessory shop!) imo, items from Love Diva are more affordable. The ambiance of the store is also very welcoming (I'm guessing it's the color of the walls which is simply white, nothing too fancy).

I couldn't help myself but buy something!! So here is a mini loot I got from Love Diva, tell me what you think!

28th Monthsary

Had a lot of catching up with my beau yesterday,it was also our 28th month and so we had dinner together, bought new shoes and talked about everything we missed. Looking back in general, we realized we went a lot of transitions in our relationship.

I haven't actually heard of the name before until they asked me to make a review. So I did my research and found so many good and positive feedback about it.

TheStyleQuarter sent me Ben Nye Creme Foundation in Desert tan and Ben Nye Fireworks Wheel, they also sent me some translucent finishing powder but I failed to take some photos.

Now for those who are also first time to hear about Ben Nye, this is actually a popular cosmetic brand mainly used in Theatricals or plays. It creates face-altering results and I'm here to state my opinion if this brand is worth it or what! ^_^

It may come in a smaller container, but a swipe will go a long loooong way, depending on how dark you want the result of your skin to look. I'm really pleased with this because I felt no irritation although it looks heavy on my face. They are very easy to blend and do not disappoint. The only thing I find off, is that I had a hard time evening 'em out to my face, its patchy but im pretty sure its my fault coz I've never used dark foundation before.

In a bigger container w/ a lot of shades to choose from, this are handy and very flexible as they can serve as an eye shadow, contouring creme or face makeup. You might find the swatches kinda pale in the photo but in real life they are very vibrant and rich applied to bare face, a swipe could also go a long way, though the quantity is of course, not as many as the Foundation creme. I abused using the white shade mainly for my eyes and they don't quite stick to my face+foundation creme that much, I'm not sure if it's because I put too thick foundation or what. I also applied to the lip area where they looked great! So yep giving it 4 out of 5

Here is my 1st attempt to look like a gangguro or Mountain Hag using the Ben Nye products. Please be gentle as I've never done this before and I shouldn't have underestimated the gangguro make-up process!! But I'm more than happy to share these photos because at last! I'm ticking off gangguro look on my to-do list, haha! Here are the proof!!

I will be trying this make up again soon :D at least it's November, still valid to be silly and whatever you wanna be LOOOL

Taste of Laguna [photo dump]

I've been away far too long from Manila and spent last whole week in Laguna~ I feel like I have to apologize for being an inactive blogger, my daily routine was changed and instead of facing the laptop all day, it was replaced by reading newspapers, answering crossword puzzles, cooking, watching a lot of movies (so far my fave is The Godfather) and to tell you the truth, it wasn't bad at all. In fact, it was really healthy and fun.

anyway, here are photos I took while I'm away.

One of all time Filipino fave snack, Kwek-kwek! Funny name I know, but we all grew to love this street food.

Before I left for Laguna, I bought myself new stuff, like this Little Twin Stars wallet, A curling iron, and another Little Twin Star eco bag. I've been making kreepsville inspired necklaces too and lookie, my Aunt's help found my long lost ipod shuffle (2nd generation if I'm not mistaken O.o)it keeps getting lost cause I'm not really into music (they only come in handy while travelling).

Photos from my hometown where I stayed, Calamba~. It's a bit of a historical place coz it is where Rizal was born and spent his childhood days, we are also close to Mt. Makiling where a lot of myths and Filipino legends originated. And yep, I take pride on those 'boring' stuff.

Review: Diamond Nose Make-up

A very quick review about this Diamond nose make-up I bought last September! Please note that I'm not all that good applying nose make-up on my own haha! And this review is purely just my opinion about this product..

I found out about this Diamond Nose make-up on gyaru magazines that I use to read religously, this is a very hyped up cosmetic and you usually see this being used by gyaru models and bloggers, this is also the reason why I am attracted to this particular item. Purely advertising.

But is it really worth the hype? The price?
Diamond Nose Makeup comes in two shades, Princess Nose and Dolly Nose. I got myself the Princess Nose, though quite honestly I don't think the 2 shades has huge difference (aside from the highlighting shade, the one on the circle container).

Packaging:
Nothing special, Diamond cosmetics has been very straight to the point and nothing-too-fancy when it comes to packaging their cosmetics. The products themselves are placed in really cheap tin containers, and mine looks like it wasn't glued perfectly to where it's supposed to be.
Quantity:
Unimpressive. Too small for me! I mean, compared to amount of money I paid just to buy this item! Btw, I bought this for P1,530.00
Quality and application:
For a noob like me, I think this is good, it does match my skin and they do look like shadows, sometimes I don't even need to blend them, that's how compatible this shade is to my skin! The applicator is useful too!
first time users will find this very easy to use,and very hard to achieve a harsh nose line using this product. Gives a natural finish.. So in this department I really recommend this product!

Comment: I don't think this deserves my P1,500.00 I'm pretty sure I can find a cheaper and better alternative!

Thank you for all the warm support from last post :D It made me happy and realize I'm being so silly hehe! Today, I made a detachable collar, I just cut it out from my blouse I don't use anymore

I wanted a plain white but unfortunately I gave away my collared shirts..
It gives an interesting look when you wear it even w/ a simple shirt..

When I went out to find things to sell, I also bought some for myself, mostly just Tshirts.. Nothing fancy..

Hello, it's me again, taking a break from reviewing stuff tonight~ Hmm, I'm having stomach ache right now from eating Choco Hot Fudge sundae..
Anyway, I started using regular shampoo again to wash my hair off the 2tone I have cuz I'm not thrilled about the outcome (what a waste of money!) I have other idea in my mind though I might not be implementing it yet

Let me also just ~~brag~~ blog about my newest thrift find, I bought it the same day we went to Ocean Park but I never really got to squeeze this inside my other posts.

What a score~couldn't believe it myself, hehe. I'm pretty sure its brand new cuz the soles still have a plastic cover on them. And the shoe itself is-as you can see, in perfect condition.

What really makes me thankful is the comfort this wedge gives, def more than the price I paid.

Review: Diamond Lash Cats Eye

Here is another review~! Kind of delayed and apologizing for that. Anyway, my long time readers would know that I favor spiky lash design than voluminous, however, when I started reading Mio's blog daily, I think I want to try voluminous for once, just to see if I'd like it. Luckily Shoppingholics.com sent me a tray of Diamond Lash Cats Eye to review and present it to you,my readers!

The lashes come in purple tray with 5pairs.

My observation:

Unlike glamorous eyes, cats eye have clear and very fragile lash band, and as flexible and soft like Dolly Wink line.
It's already fan out,you may not need to curl them anymore.
Though it is a voluminous type of lash, it doesn't look too heavy at all unless you add mascara and curl them from roots.
Has a very plastic shine esp w/ flash. but then again, I'm not too particular in that field.
Super light weight, and can be more toned down compare to Jewerich 2
Pops your eyes in a more rounder shape.
Long stalks..You might want to cut if you're uncomfortable.

My Rating:
4 stars out of 5. I really like them and I plan on using these more than Jewerich now~ I don't see anything off with these lashes, plus they're easier to wear, you won't even feel them on! Yapo is converted! If anything else, it would be the quality, Diamond Lash doesn't last long to me but hell, the price is way cheap and reasonable.. What you pay is what you get~ !

Can you see the lenses from here? I cannot. Me and the custom was puzzled for instead of circle lens, a mini animal robot was inside the box. lol

This, by far the best lens packaging ever haha.~ (Aside from the provided pink hippo lens case, the robot's ears are detachable and may also serve as lens cases! Also a lens spatula and thong was included! Yay! Whole kit in a robot!)

Lens design is very RICH, detailed and lovely, however, because of too much lace drawings, the black outlines are starting to eat the color BLUE. And on dark brown eyes like mine, it's more of a gray than blue.I wonder if it's because of colors merging or it's not just as vibrant from the start.

One thing I like about the design was instead of the usual black outer ring, this one has lace borders! Though one should look closely to appreciate it.

Nothing special about the comfort, I guess, very smooth and even for a 17mm this doesn't feel like that big. Often you'd feel sleepy or hard time looking into sunlight exposed area, i recommend keep your drops in your pocket.

Enlargement:★★★★★

It's big. BIG I say. 17mm and counting wtf,! from straight front view of my face, the lenses look almost square, coz the base curve (top and below)isn't visible anymore! I'm not against big lenses, actually I favor them if you ask me. So yes, supah props, papi!

Overall:★★★★★

The lenses are lovely and the design, unique. It would be more perfect with eyes that has lighter color and I can recommend them to anyone who likes to try something new and big! I don't think other brands releases 17mm lenses yet, and if you are thinking of getting one, I want to recommend the brown ones, as they are more likely to compliment and blend with your natural eye color and the black lines!

I appreciate chilly weather here in Manila but the typhoons which I think developed a liking here (visits PH twice a week) and as a result, products I am expecting to arrive are a month delayed (hence, the entry title). I bet this week's post are just reviews

Wearing a pair sent to my by GWYshop w/c has very detailed design and will be reviewing this week too.

on another note, I stopped wearing black circle lenses for a while to give way of my prodigal princess mimi lenses (sesame grey and chocolate brown). I found them drying to death inside my couz room. I threw my apple green pair cuz they are a hell to bear with *sniffs* from now on, even if the lenses take a year to expire, I'll be disposing them after 3months.

I also want to thank you for continue reading my blog, and as we all can see on my sidebar, I reached a thousand followers! Not making it a big deal though so don't you expecting any giveaways for the meantime (I'm considering doing one but not this month).

Hallo you guys! Yesterday I changed my hair color, is dark as can be, but worry not, it will fade into a 2tone shade---or so I hope. :P Today, me and beau went to Ocean Park and took many photos. Wore something different for today just for fun. Maybe cuz I'm too lazy, besides, I hate going out with my hair still wet.Pet peeves! Wearing some wine red lipstick which I find very fitting with the get-up.
And yes, my wolf shirt again + dog leash which I made into a human choker wuahaha!(thankfully, while at public places nobody dared to call me a dog)
My face is quite round and chubby w/o hair covering my jaws and cheeks!!
As you can see, my roots need recoloring cuz of the 3-inch black hair.. Hopefully I'll get it done with a really interesting color inspired by Mio~ Hoho. I've never stalked a gal mo like this before!
Well actually I did my laundry today and this outfit are the only one available and not boring to wear, also, I wanna see if I still got the Kera spirit in me waha!(I think I'm not making any sense anymore.. My hands are somewhat on auto pilot mode and my eyes are half closed due to lack of sleep.. )

Hello, blogging again, I want to thank everyone who supported me and lifted my spirits! Means so much to me! Today's fashion show was a success, I had super fun :3 I'm very grateful and proud for being part of it! Next time I will bring my own clothes and curl my hair before going there. I personally didn't like my outfit but I had no choice cuz I wasn't able to bring extra coordinate I look plain and nothing about me was gyaru at all. so I'm sort of bitter and insecure cause everyone's looking pretty and they are comfortable on what they are wearing, while me... well I hope there'll be a next time :> I want to thank Chai for letting me borrow her wig~ It saved a lot of time !!
And most of all I want to express how happy I am for my mama-san, Akane, I think this is her day. Everybody adored her, including me of course. She really nailed it and yeah, I aspire to be like her!

Hi all! One of the big things I'm looking forward to this Sept will be happening tomorrow! And I just have to shamelessly plug it here

A Walk in Tokyo is a fashion show showcasing different styles like Visual kei, Lolita, Decora and many more. Me and my friend Akane will be modelling as gyarus! Such an honor! I just hope I can do the style justice.
I am also very excited to be with really cute and amazing girls! I want to thank Chai, for if it wasn't for her, I won't even be a part of this really awesome event.

Ayala Museum is holding this fashion show to promote their world touring exhibit called Manga Realities. The exhibit will be running from August 16 to October 02, 2011 at the Ayala Museum located at Makati Avenue corner de la Rosa St. Greenbelt Park, Makati City.

Finally decided to wear this romper tube from Fernchan It's actually a room wear hoho!But it's too cute not to strut on the streets!

HOTD after a week of no-heat hairstyles, I believe my hair has enough strength again to endure my curling habit. Wahaha!

Our only photo for the whole day He lost 4kilos in a matter of week while volunteering at Red Cross, so I don't know whether to be happy for him or sad because whatever he's doing there it must be damn tiring!! Glad it's over now.. Anyway, I hope everyone is having a great week!

Braided Fringe part II

Wasn't able to leave the house yesterday so I saved my favorite no-heat hair style for today~ Hehe! What else, but the braided fringe hoho! This time made the braid bigger than last time!

and yes I really like the avocado shape of my face w/o my fringe~!! I was so bummed yesterday I finished 3 novels by Alex Flinn (A Kiss In Time, Beastly, and Cloaked respectively) I enjoy her work coz all those book mentioned are fairy tale retelling in our own modern time. My favorite would be Beastly! Funny I prefer the beast appearance rather than the transformed handsome guy in the end..

I believe this is it for the week, I was able to accomplish 4 hairstyles that didn't require use of any heat! Rest assured will be trying new hairstyles but not as frequent like this! THanks for reading and much love to all of you. :*

Thank you so much for the positive feedback! Today's hair arrangement is top bun, always a classic and easy to pull off. You make it more interesting by adding cute hair accessories and such, but make sure it doesn't confuse the whole outfit hehe. I'm wearing a lacey blouse so I added a white bow. I kept my make up at minimal too just for today~

Tip: If you wanna make bigger bun but have short hair, use a thick scrunchie or hair tie. you can also tease your hair first before securing the bun with bobby pins!

Inspired by Binosusume, of course.
Only mine is too little, I tried making a big hair bow but failed!
Hmm you might be wondering now why I'm doing this, to answer that question:
I want to challenge myself doing different hairstyles with my short hair and minimal heat as much as possible!
Hoping somehow I can motivate girls to give an effort with styling their hair, esp girls w/ longer hair than mine! I can only imagine the possibilities! This took me roughly 15mins (my 1st time, and I'm a slow poke). Very simple style but interesting enough for me!
I might be doing this til friday or until hair ideas ran out or until there is something cooler to blog about.lol. For now, enjoy my daily posting.. It won't last long haha!

Review: Diamond Lash Model Eye

Starting September with a review..I bought new lower lashes because my princess eye are running out (only 2 pairs left) I also stopped using them for a while too, I'm reserving them for more dramatic look, and for the past months, my daily lower lash is Dolly Wink #6, but I find them too simple for me, so I've been searching lower lashes that is not too dramatic and not too natural..I've come across Diamond Lash model eye, which is as you can see, just perfect!Diamond Lash Model Eye comea in 5 pairs, 10 stalks/pair in a light pink tray.
PROS:Like Dolly Wink Baby Cute, these were individual lashes too, allowing you to customize the placement of stalks for a more one of a kind results.~Unlike Baby Cute, the stalks are thicker, and bolder. And maybe less chance you'd lose a stalk.. But don't let your guard down, because the smallest pieces (inner) are just as fragile as Baby Cute!CONS: Never was a fan of individual lashes, they consume so much time putting on, and big chance your eye make-up won't look similar (ie left eye has good straight arrangement while right eye kinda have droopy effect). Also uhmmm hello~it's like putting on lashes 10x the usual =.= The strands are shiny too (but I'm not really particular about it)
VERDICT: The design is superb and I want to use them as my everyday lower lash but I hate the fact that I have to put them on stalk by stalk just to achieve my desired style lol. I actually had to re-do my eye make 2x because I can't make them look same hahaha! As you can see, I'm not smiling in the photos, and I just realized that. Maybe I lost patience and mood to camwhore because putting lashes really took long~ Maybe for some it's not much as a big deal! But for me time is gold wahahahaha.....oki oki, maybe I just lost my patience and was about to flip a table or anything I see, but imagine re-doing your eye make up twice is no funny for me =.= what a waste of make-up, cotton and make-up remover!! But not blaming it all to the lower lash. I'm so stupid too not to check if my eyes looking same~

Thursday

Akane's birthday at Nihonbashitei~I had a lot of fun but we were incomplete. Most of the dishes served was damn good. Me and Bry should totally go back there and try more.I esp indulged myself on gyoza because it's my favorite along with shoyo ramen and yakitori... Noticed I cut my bangs again, simply just to show off my newly threaded eyebrows. Haha~

Ah what a lovely week have come to pass again~
And I have been inactive for a while.. Past few days are mostly composed of royal milk teas and tshirts-In short, lazy days. Which I think is very timely, as it begins to pour down again, and my coin purse empties.
I think the reason why is that I made an online haul again hoho which is to arrive this sept. along with other to-review lens and lashes.

September's goin' to be a big month for me.. I am anticipating some important events as well, life-changing events (like applying for visa to Belgium). Prayers and good luck wishes are much appreciated!! (I hate saying future plans here coz I might get rejected or what, but I only ask for prayers!! In God's will!! I want to be with my mum coz haven't seen her for 10years *insert dramu music* I just want our family to be whole again... or just be literally together hoho.

Another black circle lens review, everyone! Hehe! I'm addicted to these type of lenses right now. Well, aside for the dolly and natural look black lens gives me, this specific pair is also used by one of my favorite gyaru model, Okarie. I also copied her make up, so I took out my last pair of Dolly Wink 6. FUUUU I have a bad feeling about this!! XD might lose them again! I used 3 stalks per eye.. Just like in the photo above.. anyhowww, proceed to the review~~!

As usual. I find them hella boring except for the ~~dripping mud~~ inner pattern.. Which really intrigues me why Okarie would chose this particular style. I had a very hard time taking photos of them inside my eyes (hence, over exposed photos) because I really want them to show up against my dark brown iris. I think I succeeded though I had to sacrifice my nose' visibility in the photos

Comfort:★★★★★
Ugh~ So dry! My first lens from Dueba and I don't know if this level of dryness applies to all Dueba king size black or only my pair? At the end of the day I actually have to peel them off using a little power from my nails! Drops didn't help as well unless its my finger brushing the lens to lubricate it inside my eyes.But I'm giving them 2 stars cause every time I wear this lens, it's always smooth and cool.

Enlargement:★★★★★
The only thing that keeps me from using this lens is the enlargement (or big eyes effect) it gives to my eyes, I love the touch. 14.5 is small for my liking, yet this pair gives me a fuller look.

Overall:★★★★★
I do love it! If only it won't have to compromise with the comfort, I'd choose this over XCK-105 which I previously reviewed. *Sigh!* Maybe I'd be still wearing them but for 2 hours max...

Tried and tested tip: Over exposing your super high lighted nose can give you more gyaru look! wahahah! Kidding! But It works for me haha!

Saturday Meeting

Hoho. We had a meeting last Saturday about an event that will be held at MOA on the 20th of September. We're still brewing it, and hopefully, my participation will be a success. Won't be saying anything as of now since I'm no authority to talk. Anyway here is my outfit and eye make-up that day:

I'm using my 3 month old Jewerich#2 as upper lashes so I'm sorry for the gross lash band hehe. They're really reliable lashes, imagine 3 months of use!!! And to think I almost wear falsies 6x/week.

There were 7 of us girls not including our escorts, and after the meeting we all stayed for another hour gossiping haha! It was fun to see Chai and Akane again.. I think this is the first time they met. I wasn't able to take photos coz the lighting at the cafe was horrible and we wouldn't dare use flash. Our laugh was already enough to attract too much attention. But Chai managed to take some 2 snaps of me, hihi,

These shots were taken using Chai's 50mm lenses which I've been eyeing to buy as well but haven't read any reviews about..But after seeing these photos, I'm 100% convinced I should try to save up for this lens. I look more gyaru in them LOL

Yesterday me and bryan went to Philpost to get a package from DreamV! It was a gift from Fernchan~ Go check her blog and follow her,please. I was expecting only 1 item but Fern was too kind and included a surprise gift, which I really like too! She has lovely taste on clothes~!

The shoes were surprisingly light and really made me tall. Y'all know I rarely get shoes like this! (thanks to my addiction to docmartens) So, I'm still trying to get a hold of it while walking!

This is my first time shopping on Japanese website,and it wouldn't be even possible without Fern Li's help so I am forever grateful for this! Ha! I wish I can do more shopping there, items are totes cheap and irresistible, however I don't want to use EMS again, they charge so much! Paid $43 to claim this package!

Here's a very random post for you all. So I was browsing this Japanese street fashion site and saw this very catchy ad, haha!! Click click I did.. And stumbled upon this site that lets me have "cyber make-over". Basically, I will have to upload a photo of thy self and you know, I can add make-up and change hairstyles. There's nothing to be expected with black lenses when it comes to color and design, wtf we all know that. The only thing I find interesting of course, would be the inner spiky pattern of lenses. I have dark brown iris so it doesn't show much in photos and irl.
Comfort:★★★★★
GEO has a reputation of really comfy lens, true, and I had no problems with this pair. Been wearing this pair since last week (the day after I got them from the post office). Yesterday, I went to Cavite, and wore this pair for 15hrs straight (7am to 9pm) They did feel dry when I take a nap (while commuting) but no serious discomfort and itchiness, plus, you shouldn't be wearing circle lenses that long anyway.lol.so Boo for me taking my eyes for granted.
Enlargement:★★★★★
Fine, but not overwhelming like the other GEO's famous circle lenses. XCK-105 can give you a dolly look. perfect for everyday school girls. I even think straight guys can get away wearing this as well haha!

Want dolly eyes without going overboard?(ehem to conservative girls but wants to be in-style hehe).I totally recommend this pair.3/5 coz when it comes to circle lenses I love to be playful and bold, but there are also days I want to be simple and natural.

Decoden: Corby II part 2!

I was the happiest sister in the world when sister Faye decided to buy corby 2 like mine. And even happier when she got them on a better deal than I had (P4,700). It's my lifelong dream for me and my sis to have same mobile phones. Sounds silly! But back when we were little kids, my mom would always buy two same things for us. Same dress, same shoes, same toys.. Everything's same! When mom left for Europe, we stopped having same stuff from then on. I had magic pencils, she had Sakura keychains. I had Xmen themed notebooks, she had Sanrio..

Hmmmm.. For a second I missed my childhood..

Anyway, she told me she'd like to have a deco-ed phone case for her corby II and that's the least I can do for her (I forgot to buy her a gift on her birthday last month hehe). I offered her my skills on decoden and she was very happy to hear about it~

This time, I bought the deco stickers on SM Calamba. The corby II case and protective film here at ATC. And as usual, using The Face Shop's clear (with glitter and stars) nail polish for gluing the deco in.

Standard procedure, I peeled off the deco from the stickers to manually design and match the phone case's holes (camera and speakers).

It's always important to decide on how the outcome will look like. In the photos above, I was deciding what arrangement I'd like to do with sister Faye's phone case.

Right here is the outcome and deco comparison between her and my corby II! Lots of detailed work since I don't have chunky deco parts..I used really small swarovski hence, cluttered look, but in real life they just reflect light from different angle which gives the deco more bling!!

My sister super liked it and I asked her to show it to her classmates cuz who knows!! I might...MIGHT...accept commissions~ Though of course, all you need to be able to do this are patience and creative juices!!

We decided to check it out and saw this pair.Size 3(UK) but they fit perfectly(im still wearing thick socks)! I wonder why, but I'm considering buying this pair (again WTF will have to sell another pair of docs)

Our own mini gal meet

Yay! Intentionally didn't blog for almost a week because I was looking forward to yesterday's mini meet! Grace is in Philippines! Last time she went here I missed the chance meeting her coz I live too far from Manila, so when Meoki told me she organized a little meet for all of us(Tatat, Akane, Grace, Meoki, and me) I was just pure delighted!!!

Original plan is to meet by 2pm at Megamall food court and Grace was the first to arrive (I now know she is a very punctual person) Meoki next (She seems like a very responsible person haha) then me (I am somehow responsible and punctual individual) followed by Tatat and Akane (WTF those girls they live nearest the place and they were last to arrive lololol)

Tatat! Her eye make-up is outstanding. I really like it, we both are wearing same lenses, Bambi apple green!

After we are complete, we decided to eat at KFC.. People were staring at us it was an ~~intense~~ agepoyo moment, and we were all used to be stared at by people so yeah, we swaggered our way to KFC and camwhored againzz.

Akane is a barbie came to life, she was very classy as well. Gotta love her outfit and make-up pouch.

Meoki is busy munching her 2 chicken breast meal order (LOL JK it was 2 chicken necks.... still kidding hahaha, i forgot what part of chicken she's eating)

Don't we all look totemo kawaii haha! This is inside Genevieve Gozum, we didn't bought anything there, we just went straight inside the store and took a mirror shot haha!

Our last stop was at this place near the elevator in Atrium~ We sat on the floor for couple of minutes but we transferred to the giant stones and we had the place to ourselves for the time being lol. We never ran out of things to talk about! Gossiping and just saying whatever!!! I discovered so many OMG facts and stories yesterday as well but will not speak of!

My everyday gyaru make-up video

Last Saturday I had the luxury to film my first make-up vid! I really want to post them asap but editing the simple vid really took me some hours.

Going for a more mature look now, this is actually my 2nd attempt on mode. Does it look ok? I got many stolen looks from everyone but no harsh comments so far..

I woke up today and wet and cold weather greeted me, only to see my laundry still dripping wet wtff I know I should hang them somewhere dry but I logged in Facebook and saw that tomorrow, Kawaii.i's coordinate contest will be over. So instead of attending my clothes first, I took a bath and dolled up haha! Took the chance to wear my new shirt..and new docs..! So this is a camwhore post. You've been warned folks!!

THANK YOU to my tripod kept me company for the photos esp with the shots with my both arms up hahah! and this is the brown docs I was talking about. The leather is surprisingly softer and lighter compared to the rest of my pairs I bet I won't get blisters from wearing them even without socks. . So comfy and just the perfect fit I don't have to struggle a little to put them on and off,. The shoe lace is soft too. No complaint for this pair. ~ I will be selling my black docs too! UKsize 4! I was browsing my old Ranzuki magazine I bought weeks ago~ and was surprised when I saw Kumicky modelling for them. Hmmm she still has different make-up before which I really like! I mean compare to her eye make-up now... she manages to have big eyes but barely false eyelashes...

So I took pictures of her from the magazine. A picture within a picture. lol

She looks different back then, that's why I called this post old school kumicky.. Is it weird that I like her make-up style before than now? Do share your ideas, I'd really love to hear them!

Real life update~ Let me see.. Bf sold my green docs, and bought me another one, a brown one which I do more like than green. I will be posting pictures soon... I've been sick again lol what's new.... and im starting to move on about Bambi getting kidnapped =.= I might've not told you guys before but Im so over that issue now. I'm still mourning but the best I can do is hope that, the person who got Bambi is more worthy of her than me.... that's all :/

Ah, its about time I have a new pair! Again, its from Bf and if this is bribery or what, its still a mystery.Haha, kidding!I'm thankful~ yes I am! his hunting skills are better alright, no doubt about that anymore.

Green is an unexpected color, I was thinking of owning an oxblood or brown or red docs. It never crossed my mind there are green DMs! Anyway, I hope I can pull this off. After all, I already have 5 pairs hehehe!! (what a show off ) I wear docs with everything. I'm so used wearing them that whenever I wear something light weight shoes I get all wiggly while walking haha!

Fail day but also a happy one

Was supposed to blog last night but I accompanied my nephew at the hospital, I had to sleep there last night.. Anyway, Thursday was a tiring, I went to Belgian Embassy to set up an appointment with them but failed, they told me appointments are made through phone call (overseas) then I tagged along with Bryan to apply for a job but failed as well.. Haha! I kinda hate that day until I went for a little shopping

Before leaving the house~ F.M. is Freddie Mercury lololol. outfit is also inspired by him? WTF, whatever!

Point! Wearing my getta grip!! I have them for a year now but I think this is just my 2nd time wearing them! They are waayyy heavier than Doc Martens. Wearing them reminded me of that episode on HunterXHunter where Gon, Kurapica, and Leorio went to the Zoldik's mountain and volunteered to train (wearing shoes and cuffs that weigh tons tons tons)

Hello, I'm little shy to post heee, I've been gone for a week, something I haven't done before, longest hiatus everrrr~ I hope nobody noticed but hey, I'm back. Im actually doing fine now recovering and gaining health, also back eating fatty foods and sweets nyaha! I also changed my layout~ When I'm discouraged to post, one of the biggest factor is I find my blog design boring, hehe so to keep things interesting I change my background every now and then :P

Hmmm so far, July has been very calm and full of promises. I didn't have time to blog but me and bry reached our 2nd year anniversary last July 8. Hoho. I'm a little proud~ We never had serious arguments even though we did go through several hardships. Also it was my Sister Faye's birthday last July 7, I don't have any gift for her though hoho ~

This is Munyi, not exactly our pet but they said Munyi just found its way into the kitchen and never left. So small and cute, and Munyi's sexual orientation is still unknown. Hoho~

Catching a cold after a tiring day

Just finished watching The Borrower Arriety, thanks ate Anz the link. Hihi. Yesterday I was able to try Kera-ish look and another outfit with the help of my friend (and his new camera lens).Just a mini shoot.

He keeps changing his camera settings so it was hard for me to edit the photos consistently, hehe. Another outfit I wore yesterday was sweet dolly inspired. This is my fave though my facial expressions are all the same~ LOL I'm really tensed up when other people takes photos of me.

I love the lens he's using, when put to correct angle, you'd look slim and tall, but sometimes, will also distort the face.

Over all it was tiring but I'm happy with the results and outcome of photos~

I do have a cold right now, maybe because the amount of TicTac candy I ate yesterday or Manila's constant change of weather. Maybe both. ~

Resenting to the dark part ii

This is my surprise post LOL though its not much of a surprise now, cuz I've been tweeting last night how I failed dyeing my hair evenly! And even changing my fb photo for 5x last night wahahah!! Such life I live! Anyway, I hope I still surprised some of you heeee~

I'm wearing 2 synthetic extensions from Francine Matildo!

It's really hard to trust hair color on photos, I ended up buying something far different from mine, after receiving the extensions, I immediately contact the seller and told her it doesn't match my hair, and she said that I could ship it back and send me replacement in copper blonde (their lightest hair color available).

I'm really trying to avoid the hassle and told her that I'll just dye my hair to match the extensions.

So yeah, I spent my yesterday just busying myself about these extensions~

Hands down. very kind, funny,patient and clear about inquries. Ask away and she'll give you excatly what you're looking for. Fast response, and very friendly vibe. I feel light when talking to her online! Like a friendly neighbor lol.

Shipping:

All her items are ON HAND. Pay before 3pm today, notify her, ships item on same day, receive your extension 10am tomorrow!

Product Quality:

What you pay is what you get, product is fairly reasonable for the price, not too thin but not satisfyingly thick, 1pc of extension is a medium coverage if you have short but thick hair like me. So I didn't hesitate buying 2, considering its also hard to blend short hair with 22-inch extensions.

The only thing I can complain about is, extensions being really easy to tangle up. Something I should work on, cuz I don't know how to untangle the extensions ~

Anyway, still rainy here in Manila because of a storm

but Bryan insisted I apply as an English tutor for Korean kids.

So off we go, made my resume filled with multimedia stuff,

and Ms. Interviewer wasn't impressed, cuz I never had experience teaching.

Eventually she denied me! LOL she tried to be nice

but the reason was sorta "eh?" cuz she said the way I pronounce "TH" is

very hard/strong and I have Filipino accent.

Okay wtf. Then I told her I can work on that and also learn along the way haha.

I also passed the test without studying lol but still it's not enough I guess. T.T

Yesterday I went to Watson's and helped myself with a new lipstick(135php) and eyeliner(88php) from Ever Bilena. I never had problems with this brand esp with their price, yes,this is drug store brand but I really like the results.

Rainy days and a sad phase

Been raining here for 2 weeks now, and its always dim outside, no sunshine in the morning and roads are always wet. The only thing I like about it is wearing my doc martens, seems to be reasonable to the eye of narrow minded Filipinos I pass on the streets everyday..

It is also very unwise to curl my hair when going out, but I feel naked and half made with my hair left alone in original state, fly away and dry... So I still force myself to bob my hair even though at the mid of the day it's flat.

And because of lazy weather, I turned into a pig, I even slacked on doing things I use to do like blogging, shopping and taking photos..

Notice its been a while since I made a haul post? Not that its a bad thing but... it's a sign, I kinda have this 'blogger-block' if there is such word haha! Using my mobile phone as a camera is also a sign of laziness haha.

I included few coordinate photos, they're nothing special and out of ordinary or creative nor gyaru, but I miss mirror shot pics of me, I remember promising myself buying a full body mirror that until I now haven't done yet.. ~

Decoden: Corby II

I was the most excited person to put decoden on my phone. So I rummaged through my closet to find the deco stickers I bought on my divisoria haul.

Because the stickers weren't compatible w/ my handset, I was forced to peel them off one by one from the adhesive and rearrange them again on my phone's jelly case. As usual, I used Sally Hansen nail polish for sticking them in.

I managed to finish 96% of it~ I just have to fill some small gaps and borders, but I'm quite happy already on how it turned out!

Sorry for slacking on the Dolly Wink #6 review hehe. I'm finding a hard time getting used applying them. Honestly I lost a thick stalk from the pair already I shouldn't have estimated what Emi said about them very easy to misplace. Unforgivable me!!! It's very expensive /mourns forever

It's the new(?) Samsung Corby II.Cheap and cute~ Of course if I have everything I'll buy an iPhone. My first touch screen phone ever. It's been a while since I blogged about gadgets!

What I love about this phone is that:

It gave me more convenience browsing through downloaded magazine scans.
Touch screen! Something still very new to me haha.

Yay~ How are you guys?
Im here to do a real quick review for the dolly wink I bought, first, the #5 Real Nude

Pros:

Very light, you won't feel a thing at all!

Super comfortable to wear.

Holds on to place!

Natural looking, perfect for everyday use, I tend to wear falsies every time I go out, I think these are the perfect lashes for school, malling, you get the idea~

Comes with glue!

Very easy to put on, though on first use it might take a while.

Cons:

Expensive :P

Very hard to find

Fragile, sensitive, too thin for me to handle LOL!!! I have a feeling this pair won't last long for me.

Over all rating:

They are perfect!!! 5 stars for Dolly Wink #5.

Now I don't have to wear my princess eye when I just want to go for a walk or chill at book stores or window shopping. Dolly Wink is perfect for just about everyday, funny that it's expensive compare to other japanese lashes. But its not really big deal for me hehe!

I'm a sucker for bottom lashes, because they're wayy harder to find here. I could always combine diff upper lashes but will never have the patience to cut and make my own bottom falsies. OLAH! Summer is pretty over, and here comes annoying rainy season~ Sorry for not blogging for almost a week. Life has never been this boring (Except for Wednesday, I went out with my cousins for a swim!).

Anyway, I'm here to introduce our new family member, Ponyo. I named him after the film "Ponyo by the cliff by the sea"Ghibli Film. Please don't ask why! HAHA!
A family friend gave me Ponyo as a birthday gift. I already have Bambi to take care of so I put him in custody of my sister who's a total nerd for poodles!

They even have a video!!

Even if Ponyo's not a pup anymore we love him no less! -^_____^-

Greetings, Earthlings!
I got my camera back the other day, so I'll be posting again~ Le sorry for being idle blogger.

Im sort of sad because today at news they said summer days are finally over and hello rainy season again~ I haven't swim yet T.T
I'm still hoping though~

Here are some new items I got from my aunt as a part of her birthday gift to me~

originally they were three brushes but I can't find the other one. Im quite amazed how the rollers heat up and gives soft curls at no time (2mins lol). My aunt got these from our korean neighbor's garage sale heheh. I totally recommend korean garage sales!! Mad cheap but great finds! HUHAH!

With all those stuffs how can I not curl my hair? hahah! When I got my camera the first damn thing I want to do is to camwhore haha!

Random Fact: I love changing my FB's profile photo, I want them as recent as possible! HAHA same thing with my blog layout! Please tell me if my changes to my layout starts to get annoying hahah!

Hair color update, see, they're getting lighter after some washes~ This is also part of the plan hahah! Please excuse my messy hair strands... It was a hot day, then I fried my hair hahah!

I miss posting my face here after some of Mirai's photo spam hahaha.
Some people ask me how to keep my hair healthy, lol please let us not kid ourselves, my hair is dead as the dead sea haha, it's not healthy and I've been trying to save it from damnation but with me styling them almost every other day, I think it is near impossible! You know who i look like when my hair is unstyled? HAKU from Spirited Away. Man, do i look like a boy.

My FB profile pic! Hehe better resolution!!! Only thing I hate is my double eyelid tape is showing up. I don't recommend them anymore~ They're from The Face Shop. Unfortunately I don't have as many options. So Im sticking up to this.

I look like a house wife from a drama series wtf! Posting this just because of my collar bones showing out, makes me feel skinny. I gained weight! maybe 3kilos haha! And this just made it harder for me to look for skinny angles for photos :P Fortunately I don't have to liquify any of my features yet. But if I don't control my food consumption I think I will be needing it. SUMMER is lovely weather but also a season for me to pig out.

Saito Mirai

Hello! I want to introduce my new fave gal model Saito Mirai!
First saw her on Egg magazine April issue. I really like her youthful facial features and style, and I think she and Gugu kinda look a like (maybe because they're spending too much purikuras together?LOL)
I think she's very unique among EGG models which sport more mature vibe in their photos. However I can sense some popteenish vibe on Mirai's though of course her tan skin really makes her belong to EGG! (I also favor her manba come back look~ for me she looks the best among her fellow model who sported it)
And because I can't read Japanese I didn't know her name until Kelly blogged about her! Read it here~ Ever since that day, I made sure I read every post on Mirai's blog

Resenting to the dark

Hello everyone! Looks like someone changed her blog design again~ haha!

I had the urge to change the colors into something more on gray and black because I got my hair dyed again, in a really dark color this time! I even got a haircut! Not really an easy decision to make, I've talked about growing my hair serious long for months, like, September 2010?

But things change, you know. decided to cut it short again,well, because having short hair isn't something you usually see on gyaru, let alone a dark color. So, I'm kinda considering this as a challenge.

I feel less gal, yes, I'm not denying that,but I want to see if I can pull this thing off.
Another reason is my hair color fades away too quick, give me 2-3 weeks, I know it's back to somewhat orange brown again, something I want to experiment on lol.

Darker tones also gives me an access on easy to find extensions, meaning, I don't have to go all international or to Japan just to have hair extensions that will match my hair color. The ones here locally will do!

So far, I love this tone, though I look like a Kera girl than gal~ haha! I will be working on it though, if you have any advice please feel free to tell me!! I'm considering mature clothes since I'm also 20 now and this short bob makes me look like I'm gonna break out dress up in sweet lolita anytime soon LOL

Anyway, I'd like to take the opportunity to thank my stylist!

mini haul and updates

Gaah, finally posting!I've been busy with life happenings and lately there's nothing much to say that relates to gyaru. Last night, I really wanted to post my small haul but blogspot won't let me. Thankfully now, I can, the text editor won't load no matter what I do last night!

Anyway,here's a quick recap of what I've been up to this week:

Thursday was an adventure for me and sister Faye, when we went to get our NBI clearance at Los Banos haha, well not gonna tell the whole story but it was also a bonding time for us! haha! I thought we were lost but thanks to my animal instincts and love for places I've never been, we were able to go there without harm haha!
Saturday, was the Metro Comic Convention, me and Bry went there but didn't bought tickets, instead we watched a movie, FAST5, as usual the movie series is action packed and looooong, I like the movie, so bad ass! I like bad ass movies esp Vin Diesel! *insert horny adoration phrases here*
Sunday bougt a new book @powerbooks when we ate outside (belated Happy Mother's day to your moms!). Book from Haruki Murakami~ "Khafka On The Shore."
Monday, I tagged along with Bryan buying his new board at Five-O nothing special, I got him to have a hair cut! Cuz finally received my gift certificates from Azta Salon!! And tomorrow hopefully I can have my hair colored in a dark brown shade!

Hello it's me again~ I wanted to share a step by step photo of my eye transformation since there are few people keep nagging me to do eye make-up tutorial! This post is dedicated to all fellow Filipinas who want to try gal make-up! I hope this can help you somehow. I'm still a beginner and I hope we all improve together.

1. Plain eyes.
2. Added eyelid tape and eyeshadow to both eyes.lined my right eye.
3. Lined my both of my eyes, also some part of my lower water line (just below where my lens is) and notice I used white eyeliner too.
4. Added upper lashes! (I'm using Jewerich #2)
5. Added lashes top and bottom (bottom lashes are Diamond lashes in Princess Eye)

....fuck, my english is horrible hahaha!!! I swear I could explain this much better but lol this day was very tiring!!(alibis and excuses haha). Here are some photos I took the same day, in some of the photos my eyelid tape is visible,sorry for that, I just started wearing them last week. And I didn't know they could really do wonders!

Sunday is Bambi day

I've been very busy this week that I feel so bad not to be able to play with Bambi, so today, I tried to play with her. I don't want us to grow apart, she's sleeping in my lap right now. I realized how much I missed her and noticed some changes in her body, I think she's getting heavier and her breath doesn't smell good~
